Order days for each person can be edited and saved as part of persons input information. Medications lists for each order can be edited and saved for further use.

Medical Tests function provides for recording each Blood Glucose, Person Weight, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol measurements. Indication of abnormal values is provided. Measurements can be edited and saved for further use. With compatible sensor input interfaces, measurements can be recorded.

Blood Glucose measurements can be recorded for individual days before and after each meal. Based on measurement inputs, A1C calculations are made for each day s measurements and also for all measurements recorded. Reference data for total measurements taken is provided as part of persons input information. Reference data can be edited and saved.

Person Weight, Heart Rate, Blood Pressure, and Cholesterol measurements provide for independent monitoring of proper individual nutrition intake and exercise habits.

Nutrition goals for each day is first calculated based on person s height, weight, gender, age, and exercise inputs. Nutrition goals include daily carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and total calories. Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats are listed as both calories and grams.

Nutrition data can then be entered for each input. Nutrition data include carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and calories for each nutrition input. List of common foods and associated nutrition data can be displayed. Default list is provided. An additional individual list can also be created. Nutrition data can be created, edited and saved for each list.

Files for all saved data can be individually or totally deleted.

Email, print (with compatible device), or retrieval (with additional software) of results is also provided.

TFMeetResults application uses supplied event meet input to facilitate remote recording and forwarding of field event results. It can be used as a Personal Training aid. Application includes entering flight and final results for Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, Pole Vault, Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, Hammer Throw, and Weight Throw events.

Flight entry data for each athlete can be made manually or with supplied files. Event data can be stored and edited. Approval of results menu is also provided. Preliminary flight results are used to calculate final competition order and selected athletes. Final athlete place is also calculated from final results.

Email, print (with compatible device), or retrieval (with additional software) of results is also provided.

TFRunAnalysis application provides performance analysis or prediction capabilities for Track and Field run events. Sprint Time selection uses supplied athlete data and specified Run Distance times for calculations. Calculated values include 100 Meter Run Time, Max Run Rate, Run Time Constant, Forward Start Force, Run Velocity, Run Acceleration, and Run Steps.

RunTime selection also uses athlete supplied data and specified Run Distance, Max Run Rate, and Run Time Constant values for calculations. Calculated values include Run Time, Forward Start Force, Run Velocity, Run Acceleration, and Run Steps. Sprint Time Max Run Rate and Run Time Constant values can be used for Run Time selection input values. Depending upon user selection, energy system(s) trained and calculated intensity level are included. These values are used to verify that the energy system(s) trained at the correct intensity level.

TFAerobicProfile application provides estimates of athlete fitness level for specific events and also reference training data to improve fitness. TFAerobicProfile is compatible with Jack Daniels Running Formula. Reference data includes calculation of Run Velocity at VO2MaxRate, estimate of Heart Rate at Blood Lactate Threshold, and Level of Intensity at selected Run Distance and Run Velocity.

Run Velocity at VO2MaxRate provides a reference pace for Interval Training to improve Aerobic Power by increasing oxygen consumption. Reference intensity level for Steady Pace or Aerobic Threshold Training at Blood Lactate Threshold is used to develop Strength and Endurance. Level of Intensity can also be used to estimate athlete fitness for specific events. Aerobic Profile data can be used for Repetition Training to develop Speed and improve Running Economy.

Aerobic Profile data is first calculated based on best effort at 1600 Meters distance. Aerobic Profile data is then calculated for other distances and velocities from supplied data. Other calculated values include Run Time, Run Pace, VO2MaxRate, and Calories Burnt.

TFJumpAnalysis application uses supplied athlete data to analyze, predict, or optimize Jump Results. Jump Analysis include Long Jump, Triple Jump, High Jump, and Pole Vault events. Calculated values for specified input include Jump Distance or Height, Vertical Force and Velocity, Jump Time, and Implement Related Data. Specified Inputs include Vertical Acceleration, Approach Rate and Angle, Form Data, and Event Equipment Data.

TFThrowAnalysis application uses supplied athlete data to analyze, predict, or optimize Throw Results. Throw Analysis includes Shot Put, Discus Throw, Javelin Throw, Hammer Throw, and Weight Throw events. Calculated values for specified input include Throw Distance and Height, Horizontal Force and Velocity, Vertical Force and Velocity, Flight Path Angle, Throw Release Velocity, Attitude Angle, and Throw Time.

Specified Inputs include Vertical Acceleration, Approach Velocity, Throw Rate, Incidence Angle, Wind Velocity, and Implement Related Data.
